The ADI Call Center is manned by our partners from 121.Com Group, agents whom have had previous installation experience in the security sector and have been appropriately trained in their allocated brands per product category (Intrusion, Access, Fire, CCTV etc). At no cost to the caller, these Call Center Agents (CCA) will be available on telephone number 0800-ADIINT (0800-234468) for 14 hours per day (08:00hrs – 22:00hrs) and seven days per week. Should our CCA be unable to immediately resolve the caller’s issue, the CCA will escalate the unresolved issue directly to the appropriate ADI International Engineering staff for resolution and immediately notify ADI Senior Management of such escalation.
This Call Center is yet another way in which ADI International is setting the benchmark for professional service within the South African Security Sector.
